Pros

The only pro is the brand name that gets added to your CV. And other benefits like free vaccination etc from the brand

Cons

No absolutely no work life balance. Hardly 2 days holiday in a month including Sundays. Yes you do work on Sundays with no extra payment for extra working days/hours. They claim to provide sat Sun off but it's an illusionary trap don't fall into it. You have to work on Sundays as well.

Really good environment to learn and develop skills. They carry the Tata Culture which is one of the best in the industry.

Cons

I don't think I had any bad experiences while Interning here.

Internship program lacks structure, can be amazing but its mainly up to the intern to take initiative and seek responsibility.
