This is a company which invests heavily in competency building and believe me that has resulted in business results more than we can imagine.The competency building here is primarily divided in three phases-managerial capability building,functional capability building and Leadership building.It will be difficult to correlate financial numbers with capability buiding but there are some hard numbers which will substantiate this argument like number of vacancies filled internally,restructuring of management structure etc.This competency building has resulted in healthy competition as every person has respect for others and nobody thinks its a waste of time to ask for ideas or help.Obviously this does results in better execution and mutual respect.
