Pros
You would get a decent employer and brand name, occasional rewards and recognition, exposure to traditional domestic manufacturing industry. A great place for engineer graduates to form career. Ample focus on training.
Cons
Compensation - decent, company culture - decent, working culture - very poor. There isn't a thought of 'enabling' employees to excel at their work but control and pressurize them in whichever way possible. Insecurity, mistrust among employees manifests in various ways that forms a critical chain, and prevents an individual contributor to perform. Working culture is such that an educated, erudite and civilized person would feel uncomfortable after a time.
