If you can't find any other job then choose tcs as a stop gap arrangement.
Cons
TCS used to pay less than the industry standard but it used to make it up with onsite opportunities. But not anymore. after the dotcom bust TCS was preferred for its job security noe they have forced a few thousands to resign to take freshers. Promotions have been a joke, forget getting promoted to next designation for atleast 5 yrs. management mantra is simple take freshers and fire the experienced. so if you are a fresher spend 2 yrs and jump to another company else TCS would screw up your career. I have spent 6 yrs and i am still waiting for my first promotions even after excllenent ratings of 4 and 5 every year.
