      Pros

      One may get to work for big clients, work on critical systems and learn a wide range of technical skills which are sought after in the IT industry. Most of the people I know in the company have pretty good technical skills and are hardworking. The company will rarely fire someone, hence one may be assured stability.

      Cons

      Treatment of an employee as just another resource and low growth prospects. Experienced people do not want to work on domestic projects but demand release/onsite after a couple of years in the same project, which might be demotivating for freshers.

      Low to no supervision , benefits, salary

      Cons

      Very unorganized, optimatum hr system is absolutely terrible, it’s the source of all information and you don’t really have access to talk to anyone to get support if you need it. The bench is a joke no real opportunities company really wants to hire offshore talent for cheaper labor.
