Company finds any way it can to short the employee, Benefits are expensive management doesn't care one bit about their people. Nobody gets a raise this year except higher up people because there is not enough money. High turnover and according to the HR person that did the onboarding for my dept said its mainly due to how convoluted their own website. There is items you are REQUIRED to complete with almost no direction, and if you dont then you're in trouble. This HAS to be the worst company I have ever worked for in my entire life. If you are thinking about coming to this company .... DON'T! Would have gave 0 stars but, that is not an option.
