Pros

The culture here is a lot of fun. The benefits are pretty phenomenal. Great pay, awesome 401K match, phenomenal medical, awesome PTO. They spend their money on their employees, and I love that. The work I do is engaging, and the workload is reasonable.

Cons

The overall benefits package is great except for the parental leave. 1 week for everyone, and women can elect for disability leave, but it's at 60% of pay. It can be hard to plan for a 40% paycut for 6 weeks on top of a new baby.
