Pros
They're in a really, really nice building, but you'll either have to park in their satellite lot and ride a shuttle, or pay $15 or more per day in parking charges. That's actually the only positive thing I can think of in regards to this despicable and reprehensible company.
Cons
I was completely lied to about the compensation in my interview. After working there about two weeks, I discovered that the very top reps in the company are making half what they said the average rep was making. I quit a good job to go there, based on the flat out lie they told me. There is massive turnover there because hardly anyone is actually making any money. They want you to lie and cheat the customers, as well. You'll be selling tax resolution services, charging about $900 just for the investigation phase. Basically, for that the customer finds out how much he actually owes to the IRS or state tax authority. Then it can easily be tens of thousands of dollars to actually get the tax liability reduced, but it's nothing the customer can't do on their own. Your goal on the phone is to not let the customer realize their first payment is only the beginning of the charges they'll pay for the service. The company knows they're scamming people, but that's what con artists do.
