Pros
Its unfortunate that in today's society, people are able to post bad reviews solely because they have been terminated - or when structure is enforced as per legal requirements. Employees really do want to help taxpayers find workable resolutions to their tax liabilities. I personally witness employees spending time on the phone with clients to ensure that they are given the attention they deserve. Some files are complex, but for the most part employees are always willing to help in whichever way they can. This job is like any job - you put in your work and you get rewarded. The management is open to new ideas and and provides a forum to express those ideas. The company is massively expanding because of this.
Cons
This company is relatively new and everyday there are learning opportunities. Mistakes will be made, but it is important to learn from mistakes. I believe Taxrise is very quick to learn from previous mistakes.
