Pros
- Team leads are incredibly helpful and have been a factor in my growth as a settlement officer as well as myself in sales. - Culture here is inclusive, and everyone supports one another to do their absolute best. Very positive, high energy environment. There is music playing in the background that adds to the positivity of the environment. - Lunch and breakfast served every Friday interchangeably, love looking forward to the end of the week as all of it is complimentary. Coffee is complimentary as well as there is a wide variety. -Building has a lot to extra amenities to offer, I like using the gym after work as the gym is open until the evening. - You are as great as you allow yourself to be here, there is a lot of room for growth and learning; as long as you listen and respect everyone who gives you advice on the task at hand, there is no reason to do bad or fall behind at this job. Highly recommend for people who are persistent and don't let rejections or criticism cloud their mindset.
Cons
- The job is very grindy, as in there is a lot of work that you have to put in yourself in order to see the results you want to see. Not an issue for me, but if you aren't built for a sales environment then this may not be for you. - The company is growing at an exponential rate, so I don't think I got as intimate of a training session as I would have preferred. It is a lot to learn if you aren't familiar with taxes or tax debt, as I was able to learn everything as I went.
