• Free snacks in the breakroom • A few coworkers genuinely try to support each other • You learn how to survive under constant pressure

Cons

• Team leads frequently yell and slam desks throughout day. • You’re pushed to exploit struggling clients through unethical sales tactics. • Racist and sexual comments from leadership are ignored. • Vaping and loud conversations are common during work hours. • Promotions are based on favoritism, not performance. • Turnover is extremely high and burnout is constant. • There is no support for mental health or employee well-being. • The office environment feels more like a frat house than a workplace

Pros

From someone who has worked at several tax relief firm, Taxrise has figured out the correct way to run this industry. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the customer and employee experience. The training here is what sets them apart. Every other tax relief company had me on the phone day 1, even with no experience. Pay has also been much better; Their system creates a easy flow for going through cases and reaching bonuses.

Cons

Excellence is the expectation. The standards are high to make sure we provide the best service to clients.

Good quality lunches on Fridays.

Cons

Frat house hazing vibes only with the nerds in charge. Favoritism, if you’re not kissing up to management it’s hard to make a decent check.
