Pros

Good shifts, good pay for seasonal positions, always have someone nearby to help if you don't know the answer to question, friendly environment, they constantly reward employees who work hard, opportunity to meet new faces and build life long relationships

Cons

Cannot think of any, that's why I have worked several tax seasons

Pros

Worked in my home office, good pay, opportunity to be placed on permanently if desired and selected. The supervisors were very supportive!

Cons

Some customers would place blame on agent for their tax mistakes (TaxSlayer is a self-prep software) and would yell over the phone, creating unnecessary stress.
