Progressive, forward thinking company that values its employees as much as its customers. Superb at hiring intelligent, high work ethic professionals. In my 30+ year professional career, TaxSlayer stands alone at the top of the list when it comes to preferred employers.

Cons

Not really a Con, but if you are afraid of hard work - steer clear of TaxSlayer. We work hard, but your hard work is rewarded in many ways.

Worked in my home office, good pay, opportunity to be placed on permanently if desired and selected. The supervisors were very supportive!

Cons

Some customers would place blame on agent for their tax mistakes (TaxSlayer is a self-prep software) and would yell over the phone, creating unnecessary stress.
