Customers are not the stress causers. Often they are sweet hard working people.
Some of the full-time and returning seasonal people in Tier 2 are stress causers. They are rude and often make horrible comments about others within earshot of personnel working the phones; whom they supervise. They do not respect the personal space of women or generally anyone working on the phones. Latino and African American staff have heard racial slurs.
This behavior causes such a horrible work environment of which you don't know who you can go to and who you cannot go to for fear of accidentally "overstepping your job".
The company has great perks and nice people to work with if you can deal with the horrible work environment caused by those whom have gotten comfortable with "just doing my job."
