The culture is a toxic, "look at me", zero-sum environment. There is no transparency. There is no trust between the owners and the staff, between the teams, or sometimes within teams. It's a CYA, document everything, trust no one work life. Execs and senior leaders are heavy on arrogance, light on experience. Most experienced new hires leave within a couple of years because the company doesn't value experience gained anywhere else. Verbal abuse, up to and including blatant bullying, are common.
