Pros

The employees had lots of jokes

Cons

I got hired as a Systems Engineer but the role consisted of auditing things all the time and finding ways to create more audits. Eventually, these positions won't be engineers anymore but will be full-time auditors. Insane that I got paid near triple figures to compare rows in Excel and that became my main job functionality, which never appeared on the job description. My manager consisted of someone that had very little knowledge of modern IT but loved to act like they had an answer for everything. Mundane projects that provided very little business value, if any. You know there's no direction or real goals in the company when you're calling meetings now about a service being deprecated in 3 years. Constantly trying to complete projects that obviously can't be completed due to other teams blocking the completion.

Pros

There aren't any I can think of

Cons

Working at Taylor Corporation was one of the more frustrating experiences I’ve had. Very poor management that lacks communication. I witnessed favoritism being shown outwardly that contributed to a weak workplace culture. Leadership is disconnected. My concerns were ignored. They have a high turnover and I feel its due to lack of structure and inconsistency when it comes to management decisions. Managers frequently changed policies and expectations to the point it felt unrealistic. I felt undervalued, underpaid, with limited opportunities for career growth. I experienced leadership speaking negatively about employees which lowered morale.
