Pros

Friendly coworkers and decent training opportunities.

Cons

Not a fan of their bonus structure or the "bonuses" they give. They make you work on holidays, like Christmas Eve, but claim to be a "family oriented" company. Not enough CSR's for the amount of work we handle.

Cons

Working at Taylor Corporation was one of the more frustrating experiences I’ve had. Very poor management that lacks communication. I witnessed favoritism being shown outwardly that contributed to a weak workplace culture. Leadership is disconnected. My concerns were ignored. They have a high turnover and I feel its due to lack of structure and inconsistency when it comes to management decisions. Managers frequently changed policies and expectations to the point it felt unrealistic. I felt undervalued, underpaid, with limited opportunities for career growth. I experienced leadership speaking negatively about employees which lowered morale.
