      as always, the coworkers are the positive aspects in most employment situations.

      Cons

      Too many to list? Leadership out of touch, pay and benefits not competitive, bonus objectives rarely achieved, employee recognition is lacking despite the posts on LinkedIn about how important this is. So many improvements needed.

      Working at Taylor Corporation was one of the more frustrating experiences I’ve had. Very poor management that lacks communication. I witnessed favoritism being shown outwardly that contributed to a weak workplace culture. Leadership is disconnected. My concerns were ignored. They have a high turnover and I feel its due to lack of structure and inconsistency when it comes to management decisions. Managers frequently changed policies and expectations to the point it felt unrealistic. I felt undervalued, underpaid, with limited opportunities for career growth. I experienced leadership speaking negatively about employees which lowered morale.
