      There are many good changes happening within the corporation, which are resulting in great opportunities for those that ask for them. Management encourages and rewards initiative. Very competitive salaries for the area. Located in the small community of North Mankato.

      Cons

      There are many places where Taylor Corporation remains behind in technology. Many of the changes currently occurring probably should have happened years ago.

      Working at Taylor Corporation was one of the more frustrating experiences I’ve had. Very poor management that lacks communication. I witnessed favoritism being shown outwardly that contributed to a weak workplace culture. Leadership is disconnected. My concerns were ignored. They have a high turnover and I feel its due to lack of structure and inconsistency when it comes to management decisions. Managers frequently changed policies and expectations to the point it felt unrealistic. I felt undervalued, underpaid, with limited opportunities for career growth. I experienced leadership speaking negatively about employees which lowered morale.
