      I've been with the company for a while now, and overall, it's a very positive place to work. One of the standout aspects is the focus on internal growth. Most people leaders I've worked with have been genuinely supportive, prioritizing both professional development and work-life balance. Despite its challenges, the company's progressive mindset and investment in its people make it a rewarding place to build a career. I'm optimistic about the direction we're headed.

      While some of the technology and systems feel a bit dated, leadership is forward-thinking and committed to modernization, even if progress feels slower than ideal. Also, the company's size can make it difficult to navigate at times, but there are ongoing efforts to streamline processes and improve internal clarity.

      Working at Taylor Corporation was one of the more frustrating experiences I’ve had. Very poor management that lacks communication. I witnessed favoritism being shown outwardly that contributed to a weak workplace culture. Leadership is disconnected. My concerns were ignored. They have a high turnover and I feel its due to lack of structure and inconsistency when it comes to management decisions. Managers frequently changed policies and expectations to the point it felt unrealistic. I felt undervalued, underpaid, with limited opportunities for career growth. I experienced leadership speaking negatively about employees which lowered morale.
