DEI (until 2024). Promote from within and family members. Decent pay, benefits and work/life balance.

Cons

Open if post office is open, so don't get all the holidays. Have to pass strict federal security clearance background check. Spike times of year, and slow other times. Online digital is replacing print.

Cons

Working at Taylor Corporation was one of the more frustrating experiences I’ve had. Very poor management that lacks communication. I witnessed favoritism being shown outwardly that contributed to a weak workplace culture. Leadership is disconnected. My concerns were ignored. They have a high turnover and I feel its due to lack of structure and inconsistency when it comes to management decisions. Managers frequently changed policies and expectations to the point it felt unrealistic. I felt undervalued, underpaid, with limited opportunities for career growth. I experienced leadership speaking negatively about employees which lowered morale.
