Pros

Working at Taylor Morrison for a decade has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company’s positive and collaborative culture create an environment where employees feel supported and empowered to perform at their best. Respect, kindness, and trust are at the core of our workplace, and this is reflected in the way colleagues interact and work together. Taylor Morrison is deeply committed to employee growth, offering opportunities such as training programs, mentorship, and career development initiatives that help team members thrive professionally. At the heart of it all is our brilliant CEO, Sheryl Palmer--a leader who genuinely cares about every team member and exemplifies integrity and vision. After ten years, it’s clear that Taylor Morrison is not just a place to work—it’s a place to grow, contribute, and belong.

Cons

I can't think of any cons. Taylor Morrison is a great place to work.

Pros

Good benefits and decent pay

Cons

Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
