Pros

They start out very nice and helpful in your time there! You can make six figures your first year but at a cost...

Cons

The more money you make the more it seems like upper management turns against you! This is crazy since high producing sales associates make the company more money too!

Thank you for the feedback. We are deeply sorry that your experience didn't match our intention and desire to be the best place you've worked. We haven’t had a full time sales person leave us in the past 90-120 days since brining some new leadership to the Orlando Division, so we hope this feeling and sentiment is not long-lived. Recently in Orlando, we conducted our engagement round table discussions and one of the biggest takeaways for us was ensuring that feedback from sales and construction is integrated into the decision-making process. There is certainly an opportunity to be more collaborative and we always try to explain the “why” as not all decisions can go through an extended feedback process. Communications continues to be an opportunity for us and one in which we definitely plan to improve. We appreciate your candid advice.

Pros

Good benefits and decent pay

Cons

Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
