      Taylor Morrison, as a company, is focused on high moral values, customer satisfaction, and team member success, ( both personal and professional ). I have worked with many talented individuals at TM, from both inside and outside the homebuilding industry. This dynamic has allowed me to learn best practices from many of the best in a very dynamic and fast changing industry.

      Cons

      Change is always good. Change requires work. If you are not accustomed to fast, continuous change for the better, hold on because the train will pass you by at Taylor Morrison

      Good benefits and decent pay

      Cons

      Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
