Pros

If you make you sales goals you mite go to a little vacation...with people who are constantly stabbing you in the back. Sales Associate's are talking bad about their manager because the manager and few other associates came from " Wild Job place" . So much gossip and it is crazy it is not how you do well but who you know and who you hang out. Some people have no clue what their supposed to best friend are talking about them. Too much drama and jealousy. Couple of previous employees were very professional and nice but women make sure to run them away due to there insecurities. No work/ life balance.

Cons

Pros

Good benefits and decent pay

Cons

Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
