Pros
It's a fast growing company. Get used to changes.. I started when it was just a start-up in Italy while nowadays it's one of the main company in video ADV. Many people are changing and actually is changing also the core business: From AD-NETWORK to SSP VIDEO. Let's see if it's the right direction to get the expected successful IPO on 2015. Teads teams in Italy and in the other countries alsoo, is super young and full of energy.
Cons
Many people in this industry are missing the needed skills in high management. In Teads, also. Many people not much performing as sales were fired last year.
