      Good team atmosphere, positive company, freedom to make decisions for the company

      Very low pay for how much work is expected of me, therapists get 50% reimbursement for their schooling and administration doesn't.

      no real raises; difficult to track growth and progess as PACs have different criteria and report to a different department with unrealistic metric goals
