Pros

The medical, dental, and vision benefits are the only pro. PTO is generous, though not the most competitive (my current employer started me off at 23 days). You’re PTO bank doesn’t increase based on tenure - everyone gets 18 days. Bonuses were also a nice perk, but the admin KPIs were very tactical and did not promote growth (which is fine if you want to be an assistant for your entire working career).

Cons

Shared service departments all have terrible leadership and representation. Salaries are very very low and there is little to no growth. From my experience, this isn’t even a good place to start a career unless you want to learn what not to do. HR in this organization is a joke. Senior leadership does not want admin employees to share their views or use their voice. Concerns are never handled. It is a very toxic environment.

Thank you for your review. We do appreciate any and all feedback as it only helps us become a better company. Team Rehab has once again been named the #1 top workplace in Detroit and we do believe its due to our overall employee satisfaction. Team employees have a total of 28 PTO days as we encourage our employees to enjoy their time off. Will forward your comments to our upper management. It's unfortunate you did not have a positive experience with Team Rehab but we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
