Pros
Proactive response to decreasing reimbursement for PT. Company leadership is active in the every day running of the company, making them less out of touch with the "regular workers" than other execs. Good atmosphere to work on Admin side, with responsive leadership.
Cons
Pay is very poor in Admin departments. Promises of great benefits will draw you in, but it is very hard to survive on such low base pay compared to similar admin positions in the healthcare field, regardless of the good insurance offerings. Monthly bonuses and sporadic company profit-sharing are not enough to make salary liveable. Annual performance-based pay increases are less than rising inflation and COLA, so Team Rehab is unsustainable as a long-term career. Career growth is also limited for Admin workers, as there are limited senior positions.
