Pros
Team provides a wonderful opportunity to build a career with a path to clinic director or higher. Gives the autonomy for each clinic to have its own personality while still keeping everyone focused on the same goal: Providing the best care for patients. I feel empowered to practice the way that benefits patients and is rewarding to me.
Cons
Patient case load can feel intimidating at times but support staff is very helpful in offsetting that.
