Pros
When I first started at Team V, a leader said in a company-wide meeting that if the employer takes care of the employee, then the employee will take care of the client. They have an employee-first mindset rather than a "client-over-everything" mindset and that makes it a joy to work there. And they are absolutely right, they have taken very good care of me and in turn that good spirit and positive attitude has transferred over to the client side of my job. I would literally do anything for these people as they have done the same for me. If you have reservations about this company, dispose of them...now.
Cons
Sometimes management will move people into position where they receive an increased salary as well as responsibility, however it feels as though the ceiling can be low for moving up beyond that. It is nice to be moved around into what position feels better for you, but many times it feels the movements are lateral rather than up.
