Pros
Remote work available, Unlimited PTO, Friendly people and co-workers
Cons
Low pay to start. Along with little or no training being given. For someone coming out of school eager to learn, you will be lucky if you get clear answers to your questions. I don't feel the experience gave me a lot to go by as far as marketing and advertising is concerned. I learned more from co-workers than I did from the leadership team. Full Service is "ok". If you're willing to work 12/15 hour days. I also noticed in my short time working there that there were several people leaving the company. And new hires constantly being added. I noticed 3 people that left the company. One being the girl I replaced. That didn't sit well with me, as I felt it was more of a revolving door with little or no room for advancement.
