Pros

Highly attentive to clients, generally very helpful staff.

Cons

Pay is below the industry standard. I'd find myself overwhelmed with over 80-100 accounts.I find Auto dealers are a some of the most ignorant and confident people in any industry. The company line is that the full suite will generate increased revenue and lessened spend. While this is true, they will sign literally anyone even if they're beginning with a 5k Gam and then expecting real results. When it comes to Dev, we would promise features that were months out. We had one Progressive dev team and nothing for maintenance. So as soon as a feature has been tested and our executives announce that, it breaks immediately and takes 3 more weeks of Dev time. All of their platform was jurry rigged using touchpoint and built forward with nov planning. No one on the dev team has a full grasp of the platform. In short their vision is far ahead of their capability.

Pros

One of the biggest pros of working with Team Velocity Marketing is the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, constantly evolving industry. The company gives you exposure to automotive marketing, SEO, client strategy, technology, and team collaboration in a way that keeps the work interesting and rarely repetitive. There are always new challenges to solve, which can help you build stronger skills, take on more responsibility, and learn from experienced people across different departments. The team environment is also a major plus, with supportive coworkers who care about doing good work and helping clients succeed.

Cons

One potential con of working with Team Velocity Marketing is that the fast-paced environment can sometimes feel demanding, especially when priorities shift quickly or multiple deadlines overlap. Because the company operates in a competitive and constantly changing industry, there can be a lot to keep up with, from client needs to platform updates and internal processes. At times, the workload may feel heavy, and communication across teams can vary depending on the project or situation. That said, these challenges also come with the territory of working in a growing, high-energy marketing company, and they can be manageable for people who are adaptable, organized, and comfortable with change.

Pros

The culture at Team Velocity is genuinely outstanding. Management is engaged and accessible, which makes a real difference day-to-day. As a creative, you're given the freedom to do your best work while also being challenged in meaningful ways — navigating ever-evolving manufacturing compliance requirements keeps the work fresh and pushes you to grow as a designer.

Cons

The constantly shifting compliance standards can be demanding to keep up with, but it's more of an occupational challenge than a company failing.
