Pros
People (especially management) are great. Always respectful, kind, and understanding. Managed time off perk is great for having flexible time off schedule (just don’t take advantage and you’ll be fine). WFH great for having work/life balance. Health insurance options were great for single individuals, can’t speak for families.
Cons
Very low starting salary and minimal pay increases each year (most I got was $750 per year increase). Little to no room for advancement when entering as entry level. This is the main reason I left the company despite liking the job and people. Most people I worked with were fresh college grads looking for first job post-degree and seems like company seeks those types of people out intentionally for lower costing labor. Not maliciously I don’t believe, but just noticed a pattern.
