Pros

There is plenty of overtime to be had in our division.

Cons

Too much overtime. Our division gets burned out quite easily. There is a lot of tension and back biting in the office. I feel management doesn't care if you have a life outside of TeamHealth. If we are behind due to no fault of ours, we are expected to work an insane amount of overtime no matter if we have other obligations outside of the office. I have missed MANY outings with family and friends because of this.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at TeamHealth. The organization truly prioritizes both its patients and its employees, which creates a strong sense of purpose in the work we do every day. One of the standout aspects is the collaborative and supportive culture. Leadership is approachable, communicative, and invested in helping teams succeed. There’s a genuine focus on continuous improvement, and employees are encouraged to share ideas and be part of driving change. TeamHealth also offers strong opportunities for growth and development. Whether it’s through formal programs or on-the-job learning, there’s a clear commitment to helping employees advance their careers. The company does a great job recognizing contributions and fostering a sense of belonging across teams. Pros: Supportive and engaged leadership Collaborative, team-oriented culture Opportunities for career growth and development Meaningful work that impacts patient care

Cons

Like many growing organizations, processes can evolve quickly, which requires adaptability
