Recent years have been a revolving door of leaders, creating whiplash from both process and cultural standpoints. Old TEAM cared a lot about company growth, building consensus and developing culture. New TEAM cares a lot about penny-pinching (contingency budget is the norm) and good ol' boys club politics. Culture is nonexistent. There are a few 'good ones' left who try to invest in culture, but efforts are generally seen as unimportant or are stifled altogether.
