Pros
-you have a job while employed with them
Cons
-only cares about making more money for the company on the backs of clinicians -physician pay is not on par with the insanely heavy patient volumes and workload expected. -Patient census are frequently unsafe and physicians are expected to supervise PAs/NPs which only increases your malpractice liability but without additional pay -no paid time off and no paid sick or vacation days even for full time shift-based physicians -quality bonuses are largely unobtainable and the amount -there's an up to 60 day waiting period for benefits to kick in once starting -no 401k match for physician providers -too much crap from upper management even though they don't work at the facility the physicians are working and don't really know what's going on -you can be fired without cause -they discriminate based on race, so don't be surprised if there are lawsuits already pending against them from former employees -multiple lawsuits pending against this company, including for bulling fraud (look this up and see for yourself)
