Development of internal talent. Resources. Leadership at national/ group and regional level. The amazing talent that works as a team toward improving care across the country. Our doctors really do care about improving things at each of our hospitals. EM, HM, Anesthesia and Surgical specialties all integrated - UCC too!
Cons
I.T. needs to catch up - keep up with growth and market demands. Databases are detached and force work arounds. Getting to know new CEO.
