Big company, but not bad - Anonymous TeamHealth Employee Review

It is a large company. There seems to be a great deal of turn over of entry level supporting staff (schedulers, benefits and HR people). This often makes communications with corporate challenging. They can be slow to make changes. Front line leadership, as with many big companies, seems to be trying to climb the corporate health care ladder. It sometimes leads to bad or over-zealous leaders. There's been a recent restructuring of upper level management that may make changes.
