flexible schedule, able to determine own work hours (in post acute care)
Cons
"base salary" is on estimated maximum visits , if you don't meet it you are "docked" unless you make it up next pay period. you have no control over the patient census which limits the visits you can do. poor access to company "policies" and HR. revolving door of managers that don't help either. poor to no reimbursement for CME,licenses, etc, you submit for reimbursement and they do not pay, as their online system is flawed and no one to tell you how to use it or rectify it, so you don't get paid back.
