Team Logic has a lot of inconsistent processes. Most everything is tribal knowledge, and best practices, while in place as much as possible for their clients are non-existent internally. There is a KB and a customer wiki, but one is woefully out of date and the other has 4 pages. The KB System needs to be rebuilt from the ground up.
Also there were several times when I reached out for help on processes and told to just do it myself, only to later hear back that I'd done something incorrectly. This was super frustrating because I'd reach out for assistance before trying and then not get it.
Finally there is no AC, and my cubical was hot as balls.
