Pros
TeamLogicIT is a franchise location and while some may not be a swell the Newtown PA location is one of the best places I have ever worked. Continuing education is not only encouraged but actively supported and even pushed. Management encourages growth and exploration into new technologies so that my skill set never gets stale and I never feel that I am stagnating. The culture is also the best I have encountered. While I may not be friends outside of work with some of my co-workers I genuinely like all my co-workers. Candidates are not just vetted on their skills but toxic personalities are avoided. Technology prima donna's need not apply. ;-)
Cons
As we are always learning new technologies you are always challenged and sometimes you are supporting technologiies that you may feel are beyond your skill set. While this is a con it is also a pro.
