      Pros

      I worked for the owner Jim Hackett a number of years ago and I was so happy when we reconnected! I started working for Jim (again) at TeamLogic IT in August of 2017 and I can honestly say I've never had a better boss. TeamLogic IT really sets the bar high for exceptional customer services! So glad to be back working for a company that genuinely cares about its customers and employees.

      Pros

      Hard working team with lots of potential. Leadership is always open to contructive criticism

      Cons

      There is always room to improve Wish there was more time to get to the root cause of issues everytime. We generally do, but sometimes the demands of the other clients don't accomodate spending more time on a ticket.

      The hours are nice 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

      Cons

      The owner is very rude and there are so many things that are undocumented. It makes trying to learn the environment difficult. The owner also likes to belittle people in front of everyone else and is extremely unprofessional. This is by far the worst place I have ever worked in my 20 years of IT work.
