      Pros

      I have nothing positive to say. From the day I was hired to the day I left I saw so many issues.

      Cons

      Owners sexually harass Employees and no one a corporate can hold them accountable. Franchise - With no over sight Benefits are the worst. Ive gotten way better 50% of paycheck went to pay for Insurance Owners - Tell employees I need to figure out how deep customers pockets are. You will work 24/7 even on approved vacation hours or subject to termination. They will promise you anything to hire you then treat you like your just another body bag. The particular location I was at had extremely high turn over.

      Pros

      Hard working team with lots of potential. Leadership is always open to contructive criticism

      Cons

      There is always room to improve Wish there was more time to get to the root cause of issues everytime. We generally do, but sometimes the demands of the other clients don't accomodate spending more time on a ticket.

      Pros

      The hours are nice 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

      Cons

      The owner is very rude and there are so many things that are undocumented. It makes trying to learn the environment difficult. The owner also likes to belittle people in front of everyone else and is extremely unprofessional. This is by far the worst place I have ever worked in my 20 years of IT work.
