Pros

The organization is fairly process-driven and provides solid guidance for their franchisees. You can leverage their community to get ideas and assistance. Being able to send local TeamLogic staff to client sites in other states gives franchisees a national presence.

Cons

Raises seem to be difficult to get. Some franchises are less tech savvy than others. There seems to be a lot of turnover within some franchises.

Pros

Hard working team with lots of potential. Leadership is always open to contructive criticism

Cons

There is always room to improve Wish there was more time to get to the root cause of issues everytime. We generally do, but sometimes the demands of the other clients don't accomodate spending more time on a ticket.

Pros

The hours are nice 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

Cons

The owner is very rude and there are so many things that are undocumented. It makes trying to learn the environment difficult. The owner also likes to belittle people in front of everyone else and is extremely unprofessional. This is by far the worst place I have ever worked in my 20 years of IT work.
