Pros

The compensation is average and the hours are ok. The franchise I worked in was owned by a person with no IT knowledge or exposure and this made the work exhausting. We had no support from the owner most of the time and almost no customers. We just sat in the office waiting for a call. This was a stressful job with constant pressure/threat of a layoff because we had no clients. I would not recommend team logic as a company to work for. Terrible place to work. Thank you

No support from the owner/headquarters. We had literally 2 customers the whole time and no one working on getting more customers. I felt real bad for the person who invested in the franchise. Very sad.

Pros

Hard working team with lots of potential. Leadership is always open to contructive criticism

Cons

There is always room to improve Wish there was more time to get to the root cause of issues everytime. We generally do, but sometimes the demands of the other clients don't accomodate spending more time on a ticket.

Pros

The hours are nice 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

Cons

The owner is very rude and there are so many things that are undocumented. It makes trying to learn the environment difficult. The owner also likes to belittle people in front of everyone else and is extremely unprofessional. This is by far the worst place I have ever worked in my 20 years of IT work.
