      Pros

      Well, I worked for a few MSP's and I can tell by far it is the best one of them all, I already have around a year here, my boss is awesome, the owner is awesome, and my teammates are awesome, they care a lot about how you feel, and they try to keep a good environment, I work as an external employee and I am treated as a local one, this is a 6 of 5 stars company

      Cons

      as an external employee payment can take a while to deliver but local employees don't get that issue.

      Pros

      Hard working team with lots of potential. Leadership is always open to contructive criticism

      Cons

      There is always room to improve Wish there was more time to get to the root cause of issues everytime. We generally do, but sometimes the demands of the other clients don't accomodate spending more time on a ticket.

      Pros

      The hours are nice 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

      Cons

      The owner is very rude and there are so many things that are undocumented. It makes trying to learn the environment difficult. The owner also likes to belittle people in front of everyone else and is extremely unprofessional. This is by far the worst place I have ever worked in my 20 years of IT work.
