      Pros

      Working at team Logic was a good experience in the beginning. They shared with me their knowledge and I found putting time on a higher up's schedule although challenging during busy times, encouraged to learn a process or have something explained. Dan was by far my favorite and its a shame they have lost him.

      Cons

      The new Service Manager seems to have 2 or more faces. He appeals to an individual gets them to open up to dig into them more. It felt fine at first but at times felt invasive and even more so worried me when I learned his history from a co worker. Please be

      Pros

      Hard working team with lots of potential. Leadership is always open to contructive criticism

      Cons

      There is always room to improve Wish there was more time to get to the root cause of issues everytime. We generally do, but sometimes the demands of the other clients don't accomodate spending more time on a ticket.

      The hours are nice 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

      Cons

      The owner is very rude and there are so many things that are undocumented. It makes trying to learn the environment difficult. The owner also likes to belittle people in front of everyone else and is extremely unprofessional. This is by far the worst place I have ever worked in my 20 years of IT work.
