Cons
Underpaid for the workload that is given to management. Bonuses are rarely made since sales are plummeting in malls nationwide. Not flexible with your schedule. Especially if you are a student. The company is trying to revolutionize itself, and does not care about being ethical while making its changes. Training for upper management is very, very poor.
