Pros
The store felt like a family. The bonus structure is great as long as you made sales per hour. The store manager was fantastic and there to help whenever possible.
Cons
Upper management is terrible. I watched my store manager beaten down by the area manager on multiple occasions (even when the store was up over 10%). They also do not see the value in their employees and are more focused on what looks good for them rather than what is good for the store. Success was never celebrated so nothing ever felt "good enough". You do a lot of work but the salary isn't great.
